My dear Dad,
Today, I found a Coloring Page that almost looks like a letter. Not a letter with an envelope, a stamp, and a very complicated address. No. A letter drawn with big dancing words: “Happy Father’s Day.” The letters rise, swirl, and glide, as if they had put on their finest clothes to come and tell you something important.
Around them, there are little hearts and a few light leaves. It looks as if a gentle breeze passed by and placed tiny pieces of tenderness on the page. So I am going to choose my colors carefully: poppy red for the hearts, meadow green for the leaves, lagoon blue, amethyst purple, or sunshine yellow to make the words shine. And if I color a tiny bit outside the lines? Shhh… it will just be proof that my drawing is overflowing with love.
