- Coloring Page #887 - The King and The Queen
“Is everything ready for the ceremony?” The king gives his crown one last check while the queen makes sure her magnificent gown is perfectly arranged. In just a few minutes, the palace doors will open and they will have to welcome their guests with all the elegance expected from royalty. The queen looks completely relaxed, but the king seems a little more serious. Perhaps he is simply trying to remember the proper order of all those royal bows and greetings...
For this special occasion, His Majesty is wearing a bright red outfit, a long cape with a white collar, and a golden crown decorated with red. Beside him, the queen brings even more color to the scene with her green, pink and yellow gown, red hair and her own golden crown. This King and Queen Coloring Page can also belong to a completely different royal court. Try purple and silver for a mysterious royal family, blue and gold for a majestic look, or invent a wonderfully unusual color scheme for a kingdom of your own.
Perhaps these two rulers were young royals once too. Could they have looked a little like this little prince and princess standing together? You can imagine the rest of their story! And if you would like to meet more crowned characters, continue your royal adventure with our Princess Coloring Pages.
The music is starting inside the palace… hurry, the royal ceremony is about to begin!
